1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by iPlayRadio Networks ™ ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to internet radio streaming, web hosting, and related services, you ("the Client", "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. Continued use of any iPlayRadio Networks ™ service constitutes your acceptance of these terms in their entirety, including any updates that may be published in the future.

These terms apply to all clients regardless of the plan or billing cycle selected.

2 Our Services

iPlayRadio Networks ™ offers the following core services:

  • Internet Radio Streaming — Professional SHOUTcast v2 and Icecast2-KH streaming with AzuraCast or CentovaCast control panels, AutoDJ, live broadcasting, SSL/TLS support, and US & EU server locations.
  • Web Hosting — Secure, reliable web hosting powered by Plesk Obsidian with free wildcard SSL certificates.
  • Remote Technical Assistance — Support via email and AnyDesk remote sessions where applicable.

All services are provided on a subscription basis. Features and plan specifications are described on our Broadcasting Plans and Web Hosting Plans pages. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or service with reasonable notice to active clients.

3 Free Trial Period

All new radio station accounts are eligible for a free 7-day trial, instantly activated upon submission of your request. No payment is required to start the trial.

Important: Trial accounts that are not converted to a paid plan will be suspended immediately after the 7-day period expires, and permanently removed after 24 hours with no further notice. All data including playlists, configurations, and uploaded files will be deleted.

The free trial is intended for evaluation purposes only. Misuse of the trial system — including repeated trial registrations to avoid payment — is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent refusal of service.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use iPlayRadio Networks ™ services responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not harm other clients, third parties, or our infrastructure. You are solely responsible for all content you broadcast, publish, or host through our services.

Acceptable uses of our services include:

  • Operating a legitimate internet radio station broadcasting music, talk shows, news, sports, or entertainment content.
  • Hosting a personal or business website related to your radio station or broadcasting activities.
  • Using AutoDJ to broadcast pre-uploaded music on an automated 24/7 basis.
  • Broadcasting live shows through a connected studio software or the AzuraCast Web DJ feature.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5 Prohibited Content & Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on all iPlayRadio Networks ™ services. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund:

  • Adult / 18+ Content — Broadcasting, streaming, or hosting any explicit, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented content of any kind.
  • Hate Speech & Discrimination — Any content that promotes, incites, or glorifies hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
  • Political Extremism & Propaganda — Broadcasting or hosting content that promotes political extremism, terrorism, or propaganda of any political or ideological nature.
  • Religious Extremism — Any content promoting, inciting, or glorifying religious extremism, radicalization, or sectarian violence.
  • Illegal Activity — Any content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages illegal activities of any kind under any applicable jurisdiction.
  • Malware & Harmful Code — Hosting, distributing, or linking to malicious software, viruses, spyware, or any harmful code.
  • Spam & Abuse — Using our services to send unsolicited communications or to engage in any abusive activity against users or third parties.
  • Resource Abuse — Intentionally overloading server resources, attempting to disrupt other clients' services, or engaging in denial-of-service activity of any kind.
  • Unauthorized Access — Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other clients' accounts, or any third-party systems through our infrastructure.

This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of acceptable use at our sole discretion.

6 Billing & Payments

iPlayRadio Networks ™ services are billed on a subscription basis. Available billing cycles (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and yearly) are presented at the time of order. All prices are displayed on our services pages.

Accepted payment methods:

  • PayPal — Our primary and preferred method. Credit and debit cards are also accepted through PayPal.
  • Bank Transfer (e-banking) — Available to local customers only. Payment details will be provided upon request.

Full payment details will be provided once your 7-day trial period concludes and you decide to proceed with a paid plan. Services will be activated upon confirmation of payment receipt.

Non-payment: If a subscription is not renewed by the due date, your service will be suspended after 7 days and permanently removed immediately after with no further notice. We strongly recommend renewing promptly to avoid loss of data and configuration.

7 Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Client-requested cancellation: If you decide to cancel your service, a refund of the last month of unused service will be issued. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Termination due to Terms violation: If your account is suspended or terminated by iPlayRadio Networks ™ due to a violation of these Terms of Service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Trial accounts: Free trial accounts are not eligible for any refund as no payment is collected.

Refund requests must be submitted via our contact page. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5–10 business days.

8 Suspension & Termination

iPlayRadio Networks ™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any section of these Terms of Service.
  • Non-payment or repeated late payment of subscription fees.
  • Engaging in any activity that endangers the stability, security, or reputation of our infrastructure or other clients' services.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during the service relationship.
  • Any activity determined by iPlayRadio Networks ™ to be harmful, abusive, or contrary to acceptable use.

Upon termination for cause, all data associated with the account — including stream configurations, playlists, uploaded files, and website content — will be permanently deleted. No refund will be issued in cases of termination for cause.

9 Backups & Data

iPlayRadio Networks ™ takes reasonable measures to ensure service continuity, however the following backup policy applies:

  • Radio / AutoDJ MP3 files: We do not back up AutoDJ music databases due to the large storage requirements involved. You are solely responsible for maintaining local backups of all your uploaded music files.
  • Website files (Hosting clients): Website files are backed up weekly. However, we strongly recommend maintaining your own independent backups as a precaution.
We strongly advise all clients to maintain their own copies of any data they consider important. iPlayRadio Networks ™ is not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, accidental deletion, or account termination.

11 Free Web Hosting

iPlayRadio Networks ™ radio streaming plans include the option to request one free website hosted on our Plesk infrastructure. This free hosting is provided exclusively as a companion to an active radio streaming subscription and is subject to the following conditions:

  • The free hosting is available only to active radio streaming clients — it is not offered as a standalone service.
  • The hosted website is intended to serve as the client's radio station website. Typical content includes stream embeds, show schedules, DJ profiles, and station news.
  • One free website per active radio subscription.
  • The free hosting may not be used for any commercial eCommerce store, unrelated business, or any purpose disconnected from the client's radio station activity.
  • All prohibited content listed in Section 5 of these Terms applies equally to hosted websites.
  • If the associated radio streaming subscription is cancelled or terminated, the free hosting will also be terminated.

Free hosting is provided at our discretion and we reserve the right to adjust this offering at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

12 Limitation of Liability

iPlayRadio Networks ™ provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and invest in reliable infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iPlayRadio Networks ™ shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of revenue, profit, listeners, or business opportunity arising from service interruption or downtime.
  • Loss of data resulting from hardware failure, account termination, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
  • Third-party actions, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, upstream provider outages, or force majeure events.
  • Any legal consequences arising from the client's broadcast content, including copyright claims or regulatory fines.

Our total aggregate liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13 Privacy & GDPR

iPlayRadio Networks ™ is committed to protecting your personal data. When you register for our services, we collect basic information necessary to provide and administer your account — including your name, email address, and payment information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is used solely to provide, maintain, and communicate with you about your service.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU-based clients have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data upon account closure (subject to any legal retention obligations).

14 Changes to These Terms

iPlayRadio Networks ™ reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients via email. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of our services after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel your service at any time by contacting us.
